The Medical Centre has 7 consultation rooms, pathology lab, physiotherapy room, a training room and a reception area.
The client brief was to create a comfortable earthy feel. The design was achieved by using a calming colour palette with different shades of grey. A two pattern carpet tiles were installed in a herringbone shape in all consultation room, and vinyl planks flooring for reception and corridors with
LED strip lighting recessed into the ceiling.
All joinery were designed with a high level of attention to detail and finishes. The reception desk was constructed with a cloudy concrete finish stone from Caesarstone and featured by a timber look ceiling panels installed by Baumann ceilings.
The reception was complimented by VJ wall panelling painted in Storm Petrel colour from Dulux.
Constructor Group completed the construction of the fitout within the allocated timeframe and budget.
